2. Bookings and Reservations

• All bookings are subject to availability.
• Rates are subject to change without prior notice.
• A valid credit/debit card is required to secure your reservation.
• Check-in time is 12:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM.
• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

3. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 7 days or more before the check-in date will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made within 3-6 days of the check-in date will be charged 50% of the total booking amount.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the check-in date or no-shows will be charged the full booking amount.
• Any changes to the reservation are subject to availability and rate differences.

4. Guest Responsibilities

• Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property during their stay.
• Smoking is not permitted in any indoor areas of the property.
• Pets are not allowed unless specified otherwise.
• Visitors are not allowed in the rooms without prior permission.
• Please respect the peaceful environment and keep noise levels to a minimum, especially during night hours.

5. Liability

Manjari Garden is not responsible for:

• Any loss or damage to personal belongings during your stay.
• Any failure or interruption of services provided by third parties.
• Any injury, loss, or damage to persons or property caused by the negligence of the guest.

7. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Chamba, Himachal Pradesh.
